Who delivers my package?
Our partner courier service: GLS Hungary

Where and to whom do we deliver?
The goods ordered in Hungary are only delivered to persons over the age of 18. Currently we are only shipping to Hungary.

What are the shipping costs?
1. The home delivery fee is HUF 990 per order.
2. In case of an order exceeding HUF 12,000, home delivery is free of charge.

How long does it take to deliver?
Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days, depending on the delivery address provided.
In the case of delivery to a hard-to-reach region, the periods indicated above may be longer.
Please note that most deliveries are made on business days (with certain exceptions).

Prior notice of parcel delivery
Once we have delivered your package to our courier service, you will receive an email notification from GLS Hungary containing shipping information.

Unsuccessful delivery
If your order is not delivered successfully, the courier will try to deliver it again within 1-2 working days. If this also fails, the package will be automatically returned to us.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Credit card payment online - via OTP Simple system

Cash on delivery (COD) - The goods must be paid at the courier upon delivery. Please make sure that the appropriate amount is available at the time of delivery to be handed over to the courier. You can also pay for the delivered goods by credit card, as the courier will have a card reader terminal.

Please bear in mind that when ordering from abroad, only online credit card payment can be selected as the payment method, cash on delivery is not available.
